Through Stuart Notholt Communications Ltd he provides pro bono or financial donations to a variety of UK and international charities, particularly those working in Eastern Europe, Africa, or on programmes aimed at ensuring sustainable development.

Established in 1973, Child Aid to Russia and the Republics supports Christian initiatives serving the communities of the CIS and Eastern Europe through humanitarian aid, medical provisions and development work.

St Lukes 110 is a major restoration and expansion programme for the historical church in Chiddingstone Causeway, Kent, where SNC is based.

Christian Solidarity Worldwide works for the religious liberty of persecuted Christians, helping others suffering repression, children in need and victims of disaster throughout the world.

Friends of the Few

A striking memorial to those who flew and those who gave their lives in the Battle of Britain stands on the White Cliffs between Dover and Folkestone at Capel le Ferne. It is supported by Friends of the Few.

Glass Slipper

Stuart Notholt is on the steering committee of the Glass Slipper Appeal, which raises funds in support of the Royal Marsden cancer hospital.

Practical action

Practical Action - formerly the Intermediate Technology Development Group - aims to demonstrate and advocate the sustainable use of technology to reduce poverty in developing countries.

The Keratoconus Support Group provide information and support for people with Keratoconus (a degenerative eye condition) in the UK.

MSF

Médecins Sans Frontières UK is a part of the international network of volunteers, field projects and offices that make up MSF's world-wide movement, delivering vital and urgent medical care.

St.Dunstan's cares for blind ex-service men and women.

The Tibet Society aims to promote the cause of Tibetan independence and to bring before the world the sufferings of the oppressed people of Tibet.

Stuart Notholt is a Fellow and Past President of the Chartered Institute of Journalists, the oldest body for professional communicators in the world.

Nsumbi Trust

The Nsumbi Trust in Uganda runs schooling and educational services for children and young adults.

Stuart Notholt's charity work has earned him a Commission as a Kentucky Colonel and Honorary Aide-de-Camp to the Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
